Regular guided group meditation is available on the 1st Monday of every month (bar January & February) from 7pm – 9pm. See News and Events for any updates regarding meditation. Herbal tea, blankets, cushions & water is made available to ‘sitters’ however you are also welcome to bring your own. We request a contribution of $5 per person plus notification you are joining us.

Can't travel? - try a phone consultation

Phone consultation is available Mon- Fri. An answering service is available at all times. Phone consultations are charged from $45 per half hour. Please leave Dee your message and contact details and she will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively you can email Dee for your booking.
